I have a house in Baltimore city and I was in need for plumbing advice. I found Empire plumbing and Heating llc and I called them and scheduled an appointment .
The technician came out on time and I paid the fee for plumbing consultation upon arrival. I’m so glad I made this move because all the other plumbing companies were trying to sell me stuff that I didn’t need. Honest , respectful, knowledgeable and helpful that’s all I wanted to say. This was an awesome experience. Had a plumber from another company come out and was unable to fix the issue. That plumber sent me the contact info for Zoom. They where able to schedule me for service quickly. Our original date had to be rescheduled due to the holidays and staffing but the issue was not an emergency and the office reached out before my appointment time to reschedule the next day so that was no biggie. The tech John showed up bright and early to start work. John was super professional. He used a drop cloth to keep the area clean. He wore booties to keep my carpet clean and even had booties on the machinery he was using. Quoted us a price and it was fair. There was even a moment where he could have overcharged us and he did not. He was extremely fast and pleasant and will definitely use Zoom again for any plumbing issues. Thanks John you're awesome!

Had my water heater replaced and Chris and Vinton were extremely helpful and courtesy. Both were thorough and clearly explained all the necessary preventive maintenance afterwards.

P-trap leak prevented me from doing laundry. I called Empire Plumbing & Heating LLC and was greeted by Spiro who removed the old trap and extension tube and replaced with new PVC parts. Spiro's work is exceptional and I have peace of mind knowing that he stands behind his work. Thank you for a job well done, Spiro!
