Worst service ever. Came to fix my gas leak and he was upset with my insurance company saying they were taking too long after he agreed to work with them. He started the job and then said wasn’t doing it anymore because he had other jobs to do. He also tried to give me temporary fix for my gas leak. Who does that? Who gives a temp fix for a gas leak? I live with someone that has a disability and we had no heat and almost had to go to the hospital because it was so cold in the house. Good luck to him and everyone else that hires him. So much more to say about him but not worth it. Just wanted to share a long story short review.

Update to Waterfield response:
1. You should have said that you aren’t going to deal with them when we first spoke on the phone but you agreed to do it.

2. I didn’t violate anything. I was doing what the insurance company told me to do. You never told me that you were not suppose to be on the phone with them. You said yourself that had to talk to them.

3. Yes I signed your form and I was willing to pay myself and deal with the insurance but again you needed to speak with insurance per the insurance company. I can’t give them information that need. You are the professional and knows what needs to be done and what is needed to complete the job. That’s what they needed.

4. When I told you where BGE found the gas leak you said it was somewhere else and attempted to fix it but then your tool still found the leak. Where BGE said it was and you said you needed to fix that and needed to buy the part. But you wanted to just put a straight pipe in it’s place. I’m no plumber but i didn’t want something that I wasn’t comfortable with. You agreed to get the part. But since I guess they were taking too long for you, you decided not to complete the job.

I need to protect myself just like you do.
Of course I was mad, you just packed up your things and giving me a tone like I was the one giving you a hard time and started leaving.

The plumber came when they said he would, was courteous and fixed the problem fully. It's been three weeks and the bathtub clog + leak seems totally resolved.

Spiro was efficient, communicative, and professional. He was able to figure out the problem with my sump pump pit, fix it, and install a new sump pump in a prompt manner. The quality of Spiro’s work is great and he is kind and knowledgeable in his craft. I plan on using Spiro for all my plumbing needs in the future and would recommend his services.

The number might be wrong. When calling I was told this was a stripclub that specialices in plus size women strippers they are call plumbers is what I was told. Can someone tell me if this is true very interested in attending the stripclub

Frank Wagner is very personable and communicates well. Always calls when he is on his way and prices are reasonable! He does a thorough job and we feel confident using his services and know we will be calling on him soon for new updates.

We found water pouring from our basement ceiling, he was able to fix the leak without having to do major renovations to our brand new kitchen!! He was affordable, respond super quick even with it being a Saturday!! We will definitely be using MD Plumbing if we have anymore plumbing issues!!

I called Dan one day and he came out the very next morning. He was on time and friendly and professional. Not only did he fix the problem but he gave us some tips on future problems. He will definitely be my go to plumber in the future.

Super knowledgeable! Actually took the time to diagnose what the problem may be over the phone and arrived only a few hours after the call. They are also extremely honest. I initially thought I would need a video camera to diagnose the issue. However, they quickly resolved the blockage and told me I didn’t need to spend unnecessary money on the camera. Unheard of!! They are also very reasonably priced. I’ve found my forever plumber! Highly recommend!

Incompetent technicians and the admin staff fails to follow through on promises. Stay away!
