Best Repair HVAC in Lincoln NE

Our water heater was dripping for several months and then started to leak at the bottom. I called Biggerstaff on Friday afternoon and got a quote. Was waiting for some additional quotes so called back Monday morning to schedule the work. They honored the price quote they gave me Friday even though they had just gotten word of a price increase. They also had a cancellation and were able to send someone out within 30 minutes. New hot water heater was working great within a couple hours. Thanks so much for the great service! And I was able to get a $150 rebate from Black Hills Energy for this energy saving water heater.

Our shower was leaking into our basement. Patriot Plumbing, through AHS, sent out a technician the same day and he was able to fix the issue within a couple hours. Excellent service and quality. We will definitely use Patriot Plumbing again :)

I’ve had them come to my house twice once for my air conditioning and another time for an outdoor faucet for my sprinkler system. Both times they were at my house within hours. They had all of the equipment they needed on their truck. The technicians that come, are very respectful of my home. They put the slippers on their feet. They’re very informative, polite and kind. I also appreciate that they always let me know every step of the way how much everything was going to cost, and they always look for ways to save me money with any deals or specials. Highly recommend.

Was looking for new planters for my trees and the guy back in the garden area was awesome. Sorry I didn't catch his name but he also came in with me and showed me the grills I was considering for my father. He also helped when I went back because I changed my mind again. Lol. Rutt's was able to come and service my AC unit within 1 business day of my phone call. I had tried to get into contact with their leading competitor, who we have done business with in the past. They never returned my request, so I looked up other companies. Rutt's was listed as #1 for heating and air in Hastings - and rightly so! Very impressed with the speed and quality of service. The technician explained what was causing the problem and was able to repair the issue quickly. We will certainly be patronizing this company again!

I have been using Greens since moving to Lincoln NE in 2019, with new gas water heater, new AC system, 3 vanity and 2 commode installs, disposal replacement. The last service for an instant water heater that was broken was incompetent, moody and over billed (a repair that did not work). I will look elsewhere for future services.
