Best Remodeling Work in Lincoln NE

I inquired about adding a whole home HVAC humidifier as well as preventatively replacing my 13 year old sump pump a few months ago. Every question and/or concern was answered thoroughly. The HVAC crew and plumbing crew were separate yet Dennis was able to arrange for both crews to come out for the same appointment time...which was greatly appreciated.

For anyone questioning whether an HVAC humidifier is worth it....I 100% approve. I have a hygrometer/thermometer at my home and office. My office is currently 71 degrees and 17% humidity. My home is 70 degrees and 40% humidity. It's not just a number....my home has no static, my skin isn't dry, I have less congestion, and it just feels more comfortable. I've tried numerous plug-in humidifiers that end up getting moldy, only good for one room, and are just a huge hassle. It might be more money upfront but the cost of the HVAC system is the way to go. Kevin did a fantastic job of running gas line for a new gas range we had installed. Very responsive, showed up on time, very professional clean work.

On September 7, 2021, I called Dvorak Plumbing based on their 5 star review, to get my existing water heater serviced. The pilot light kept on going out. When I told them the Yr Make & model, they immediately said on the phone that I needed a new water heater, that would cost me $1200. I had my water heater serviced by Black Hills Service Guard for the last 9 yrs and they never said that, they just fixed the problem & replaced the pilot light assembly. So I insisted that Dvorak do the same. They said they would be at my house at 3pm but they didn't actually arrive until 4pm. They had the right parts with them and when they left they said it was fixed. However, they had turned down the setting on the water heater to its lowest position A, which didn't give me any hot water. So I turned it to the C position and went to sleep. The next morning, I went to examine the water heater and it was spraying hot water all over the wall! It was coming from the connection between the overflow pipe and the side of the water heater. I called Dvorak about it and of course they said they didn't cause it and a new Water Heater would now cost me $1500,. I called around and got another company to install a 40gal replacement for $1000. Dvorak sent me a bill for $265 for the work they did.

It was very easy to communicate about scope, receive an estimate and schedule the work. They were timely and completed the work quickly and well. The billing came in an appropriate time period, was less than the estimate and was simple to pay directly online. I will definitely use them again.
