Mike replaced my garbage disposal and fixed a leak in my kitchen sink. He was fantastic to work with. He was able to do the work the same day I called him, he was promptly on time and my sink is now back to working perfectly. His work is very high quality. I would definitely use his services again.

Our technician was very unprofessional, kept slamming our doors, talking rudely and being inappropriate. Our water heater was being serviced under a warranty situation, but additional costs were not ever brought up until AFTER the new water heater was put in. Had an issue with my water pressue being too high. Called a competitor they quoted 950 for a repair. Seemed crazy high so I called Marks they first out my mind at ease about the issue then let me know the probabable solution over the phone and scheduled a time to come out the next day. They actually called and asked if they could come early. They came quickly diagnosed and gave me a long term fix for the issue. Not only that they let me know the likely cause which their competitor said he had no idea.
Not only were they nice fast and efficient they cost less than half of what was quoted by their competitor. They have now earned my family's buissness for any time I have a plumbing need.

Matt's Plumbing came out to unclog our main drain around 5 months ago. Our drain is now clogged again we called Tues 11/3 to have them come out. They made an appointment for them to come out today 11/5. They never showed up or called. Come to find out that they never put us down on the schedule then told us that they can't come until Saturday 😡 I called another plumber this evening and he was at our house in 30 minutes of calling.

I have been using Greens since moving to Lincoln NE in 2019, with new gas water heater, new AC system, 3 vanity and 2 commode installs, disposal replacement. The last service for an instant water heater that was broken was incompetent, moody and over billed (a repair that did not work). I will look elsewhere for future services.
