The gentleman was polite , professional, and very friendly.

I inquired about adding a whole home HVAC humidifier as well as preventatively replacing my 13 year old sump pump a few months ago. Every question and/or concern was answered thoroughly. The HVAC crew and plumbing crew were separate yet Dennis was able to arrange for both crews to come out for the same appointment time...which was greatly appreciated.

For anyone questioning whether an HVAC humidifier is worth it....I 100% approve. I have a hygrometer/thermometer at my home and office. My office is currently 71 degrees and 17% humidity. My home is 70 degrees and 40% humidity. It's not just a number....my home has no static, my skin isn't dry, I have less congestion, and it just feels more comfortable. I've tried numerous plug-in humidifiers that end up getting moldy, only good for one room, and are just a huge hassle. It might be more money upfront but the cost of the HVAC system is the way to go. Elec water heater at home needed replacing. I looked online at plumbers & reviews of them. Reddick had good feedback from customers & I can add to that: I called early, Troy answered & promised to do the work that day. He updated at noon that he would arrive at 1:30pm. By 3pm I had hot water back w/new HWH. He also arranged the inspection by city for next morning. The inspector said “Yes, he does good work.” While I’m not thrilled to spend nearly $1k on anything, it had to be done and I think he charges a fair rate and made the repair as painless as possible.

Affordable repairs and installations. Knowledgeable workers made my job go smoothly.

I got my bathroom floor redone and a new toilet installed and John did a fantastic job! It looked like he took his time and really paid attention to detail. He also went above and beyond by snaking the bathroom sink drain which was not part of the bid. I will certainly be using Handyman Connection again!

I've used Select Pluming a couple of times now, and seriously, the best. It's rare to find a contractor who actually holds to a schedule and communicates effectively. For example, they've scheduled a time, offered to come early if I was around, and called ahead to make sure the timing aligned with my schedule still and that I'd be available. They also were reasonably priced, did the job well, and gave great advice and recommendations along the way.

Very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism that I got. From the estimate visit with Mark to the actual installation of my back flow piping in prep for underground sprinkler installation coming up with Mason who was training Richie. Everyone was in time, professional, and did a fantastic job. Would recommend them to anyone.

The leak was hard to find, but kept coming back until found.

Had a tree root cause a backup way after hours. Came and had it cleared within an hour, and they arrived earlier than quoted, very nice for an emergency issue. Gave some pointers on how to avoid the situation from happening again. Very personable and would use again.

I did not buy a service from them but did experience a friendly encounter with them at the gas station, very very friendly and customer service oriented. They cleaned my windshield on my car for me :)
