Replaced water heater. Had an issue with it due to the manufacturer not the install. They immediately came out and fixed the problem. I always get a call back in a timely manner. Very happy with their service.

We had DP Plumbing come to our house to first check to repair and/or potentially replace our Garbage disposal that wasn't working properly. It was an older model from the 70's that we ended up replacing. Don worked quickly and wore a mask (during COVID) while in our home. Highly recommend they worked us in as quick as they could when everyone else told us 2 months out. The replaced my main water line into the house whole they where there they fixed a leaky faucet and ended up not having water pressure in my tub they stayed took extra time to flush the lines out and get it working again. I called because my second floor bathroom wasn't draining, they came and told me it was the main sewer line, they cleaned it and said that will fix the issue, unfortunately that didn't fix the second floor but it save me from having water damage on my basement due to sewer backup. Mark The owner of Roto Rooter called me to apologize for the inconvenience he was very professional and friendly.

They are more than happy to take your money for a service call to get you a quote, but when it comes to doing the work they will completely blow you off. Luckily I haven't needed my furnace in the 3 months I have been waiting on them.

Also I was not impressed with their the knowledgeably of their tech. I explained the diagnostics I did, and showed them one of my install concerns that didn't match manufacturer instructions. The whole time the tech seemed confused and didn't understand what I was explaining. I am just going to fix it myself at this point.

As for your reply my furnace is no more than 10 years old. They still sell the model. Parts shortages are no longer a real thing. The pressure switches that you want to replace for no reason are a common part. The control board which is the real issue can be found on a dozen different reputable sites online.

Scheduled for time was an hour late. Added freon to AC did not check for leaks charged over 300 freon leaked and we had no air. When we called them we received one excuse after another. Called another company and they fixed us up.
I will never use them again. They would no refund my money for the freon that leaked the same day.
