Replaced water heater. Had an issue with it due to the manufacturer not the install. They immediately came out and fixed the problem. I always get a call back in a timely manner. Very happy with their service.

Had them out to cable a sewer drain that was backed into our basement. They were able to come out to my house the same day which was great. The guy who showed up was the owner and he did a great job! We will for sure call again for future drain cleaning when needed.

Called in and they had me scheduled asap at a time that worked for me. Came out and answered my questions and got the work done perfectly. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

I called them on a Saturday afternoon and they were very willing to help me with my issue in the coming days. I ended up trying to fix it myself and i was actually able to fix it on my own, but they were so nice to take my call on a Saturday and get me on the books so quickly that I had to leave a review. If I ever have a plumbing issue, this will be the first call I make!

I called and reported the car as a reckless driver. But one of the workers was driving 15under, swerving in front of me and when I went around(not illegally) HE went around ME in a TURN lane and then slammed the brakes. I was just trying to get to school. He then proceeded to “turn” with no blinker and didn’t actually turn even tho I was passing him so almost cause an accident. Not once but twice. Then honked at me when I PARKED???? I got a picture of the car and reported for reckless driving. Thought about calling jc plumbing but I don’t have time today as I have school and hair appointments I have to do. I was late because of all of this.

I got several estimates to replace a bad sewer line from the house to the street. From the first call I they were very professional, gave me a great estimate and a timeline of work to be done. The guys showed up exactly on time and worked for several hours and got the job done. They dug up the old sewer and replaced it with new plastic pipe, and in the process kept my sidewalk in tact, which saved me money. I would definitely recommend Dworak Plumbing.

While the plumber was nice enough he installed shower fixtures but tore out tile and cement board when he should have known better. He had access through a cupboard, but I didn't know any better until the tile lady came and saw the mess. Her jaw dropped!! Now I'll pay another 500.00 if this can even be fixed. The spigot doesn't look right either and hopefully I n his return he will fix this.
In addition, he left my washer water hose off and it is still leaking. I had shoulder surgery and lack the sttenght to tighten it adequately. While I will hold him to the work he has yet to do, I would not recommend these plumbers because of their inexperience.
