Best New Furnace in Lexington KY
Extremely prompt service; very courteous and professional plumbers. Cleaned up after work and inquired as to any further needs. I could not be happier with this experience.

Called to have my furnace looked at on a Friday appointment was set for around 1 to 3pm didn't show up till almost 5pm was told it was a controle boad that was bad. And told it was going to cost 600 bucks to fix if i joined their membership, it was gonna be 1200 if i didnt and my systemis under full parts warranty, Was told it'd be ordered that Monday. Called Monday to make sure it had been ordered, was told it'd be 3 to 5 days befor the part would be in, Called Thursday to see if they received it, couldn't get anyone to give and update was told that dispatch would call back shortly with an update, no body Called this game of phone tag has gone on for 2 weeks now and still no heat. Called another company to come out and was quoted half the price to fix and can get the part next day, very poor customer service from fayette heating and air do not recommend

Dean installed an HVAC unit for us and within a week we had to have him come back for a service call and he tried to charge us an additional $65. We refused to pay because it was A BRAND NEW SYSTEM THAT HE HAD INSTALLED. He chose to curse and hang the phone up on us.
The professional thing to do was stand behind his work and make sure the unit was running properly, which is all that we asked and expected.
Incident took place in 2001 but we have never forgotten how VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL he was, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to family or friends!
He should remember us though unless it is a habit for him to curse and hang up on his customers.
Not something I forgot.
Unit installed at 275 Mockingbird.

See below, he changed his response from rude to professional but not exactly truthful. Baby Steps... One day he might take responsibility, admit fault and apologize, not holding my breath though. I am going to go out on a limb and guess that someone told him it was bad customer service and suggested that he remove the rude response.
