Best Grease Trap Repair in Lexington KY

We have been using Roto-Rooter for several years now and find that their pricing is reasonable, they're dependable, and they do a great job. After a mostly non-responsive experience with a bigger local name- I called these guys and they showed up within 2 hours and had my issue fixed in an hour. Professional guys who were very knowledgeable. Will definitely be calling them when the need arises.

Have had drain problems off and on since I bought my place (very old plumbing). They came fast and took care of the problem. They replaced the old cast iron drain link quickly and efficiently. Alec was very polite and professional!!! Would recommend!

Two stars to be fair.
1. Plumber came in through the carpeted living room and we later found dirty foot tracks. Why don't they wear shoe covers ?
2. Plumber needed a cap for a valve, but had to go get it. We waited an hour and 15 minutes before he got back. He said he had to go to three different parts stores to find the cap. Uh... why didn't he CALL to find out if it was in stock, that could have saved at least 30 minutes. Well, I'm saying he probably took lunch in the meantime, but I can't say for sure.
3. It took him about 5 minutes to cap the valve, yet he charged ONE HOUR LABOR... seriously ???
4. We've had two other plumbers from this company in the last 7 months, and neither one is with the company any more, which is a sign of a problem. Can't they retain their employees ? One of them reportedly didn't show up one day, and never came back.
5. My family will now be looking for another company, or private contractor. Not this company any more.
