I have had numerous local plumbing companies service toilets, drains and faucets over the years. Profetik was BY FAR the best. Don’t call anyone else.

Gerald was beyond excellent and a true master of his craft. I would recommend an option to give more stars because he deserves 10/10 for the job. Not only did he stay well past 12 hrs, He made sure the job was done in a very stressful work environment. PSI came and repaired a leak in both of my restrooms. It was easy to schedule an appointment, the staff was very pleasant, and the job was done in a timely manner. Fixed the problem but I could have bought a new commode for what I paid him. Had another guy with him to and I did not really understand that. This company charges 126 dollars just to come out. He worked fast and no wonder. I did not have time to even think so after Ken left I thought just 30 dollars more I could have bought, like I said a new commode. If he had been about the customer I believe he would have ask me if I wanted to buy a new commode because the time I paid him I could just about buy a brand new commode!!
