All teams were very professional and answered all my questions. Out of the 4 companies I called on a Saturday, Dauenhauer was the only one that answered my call and sent a technician on the same day. I decided not to repair but to replace my old system. Salesman came out Saturday evening to discuss options. The new system was installed on Monday. Couldn't have gone smoother!

I contacted Cecil's Heat & Air for a second opinion regarding a issue with my heat pump.Note: The heat pump was making a hissing noise during the high heat this fall. My heat pump was previously inspected by a well known company in Lexington that you see commercials on the television which quoted me a $2500.00 estimate to repair my heat pump. Cecil's service employee came to my home and inspected my heat pump.He diagnosed my heat pump to be working correctly and felt the previous heating and air company may have not diagnosed my heat pump correctly. Thank you Cecil's for saving me well over $2000.00.

Second time using Mr. Rooter. Rusty pipes in laundry room pipes needed to be replace from floor to ceiling. I was very pleased with work that Trevor Smith and Austin Bowling did work on Friday. Trevor checked out what needed to be done he explained everything and cost. Once they got started more issues came up. He informed me what else needed to be done. He was so nice and said he was so sorry (my birthday) Trevor informed me about their three year warranty with it I ended up paying less. The pipes were so rusty, when they started cutting it fell from ceiling. They worked late that night, Trevor returned Saturday morning with Brayon Sheppard. They replaced pipes plus repaired and moved pipes under kitchen sink. Wow, everything looks so much cleaner and neater. I'm very pleased with their work. I'm really glad to have meet all three of them. They were polite, friendly and professional. Trevor kept me informed how things were going and why they needed to leave to get more parts. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and ask for Trevor. He's young but knows his plumbing. Thank you Trevor, Austin and Brayon.

In my opinion The Kings Helper is the best company in central KY to work with for Plumbing and HVAC. They were on time, responsive and professional. The owner Johnathan is a great guy and easy to work with. You can tell that he truly cares about your job and he goes the extra mile to make sure his employees care as well. I would highly recommend using them in the future.
