Initiating our project was unbelievably effortless and quick. They dispatched a Pro within 24 hours for a non-urgent call. Even the Receptionist (M) was a Pro! The Technician (JL) that quoted us was respectful, informative, innovative, kind, and understanding during his visit; and before you ask… the estimate was low and the scheduling was SNAPPY.

My AC couldn't keep up in the Summer heat. It was over 80 degrees upstairs everyday for 2 weeks. I called Lovell and they sent a technician out the same day! He adjusted our units, added some freon, cleaned the systems and tested/inspected EVERYTHING. My upstairs immediately cooled down to 73 degrees and stayed there. VERY professional, honest and capable. I even got a call a couple days later asking me how my experience was. I don't typically write reviews, but I recommend them to anyone!

A few years ago they could not assist in replacing a water heater and we needed to get Buford and Sons - a small outfit to do a job these clowns could not handle despite the fact they advertised that they can fix any situation.Last year they came to inspect an AC unit and broke it permanently and then broke the furnace and did a quick fix saying we needed to replace it pronto as it was in a potentially dangerous situation. Which three other reputable companies disagreed with. We had AC and furnace replaced (with Southern Comfort) and now FH&A want us to front $120 for their Comfy Comfort Plan. What so they can break another company's products and workmanship?Try any of the other major or even minor plumbing outfits first. We won't ever trust them again.
