Josh called in advance and told me what time he would arrive, he arrived on time, he is super polite and respectful, he wore a mask and shoe covers, he diagnosed the clog and told me what it would cost to repair, he cleared the clog and showed me that it was cleared, he left the work areas neat, and he worked steadily without interruptions. He is a very nice, hard working man who seems to enjoy his job and takes the time to explain things to clients. Really good experience! Thanks Josh!
