Job was done in a reasonable time however I was not given a price ahead of the job my bad
I feel I was overcharged $525.50 for a simple repair get a quote before you do business with the plumbing doctor

I chose Titan Plumbing because of their high customer satisfaction ratings. I will continue to use them because of their competitive rates and their professional and personable technicians like Jason and Miguel.
I have had a string of bad luck regarding home repairs because I tried going with the lower advertised companies. In the end, the work took longer than estimated and the bill was much higher than the initial estimate.

Call for service, they tell me one day don't show up don't call. They wrote down wrong info so couldn't get ahold of me. I call back to reschedule they postpone again. Finally show up, and only fix one of the three issues. One of the other two issues will be waiting on estimate. Call back for estimate still not completed. Call again several days later still not completed. Call again and get hung up on. Called RotoRooter and got it done. Still waiting on estimate from the honest plumber. Actually still waiting on a receipt for the toilet they fixed. They can't even email me the invoice.

I just needed some DIY advice on a new shower drain and they came over the same day, looked at what I had already done and then gave me the instructions I needed to complete my project and didn't even ask for money!!! Now that's good customer service. I will use them for all my plumbing needs! Thanks guys.

I have used Advanced Plumbing several times, as they are the only ones who actually have someone in the office that answers the phone and listens to your issue and schedules your appointment. Each time, the technician advised and recommended what would be best. Always explains in detail what he will do, how much it will cost PRIOR to doing any work and the length of time needed. From phone call to completed repair, hands down the most professional and personable company to deal with at a time that is never planned. Advanced Plumbing is in my contacts and they are the only plumbing company I will call.

Mark was awesome! Our water heater went out and we were several weeks in with still no hot water. Mark came to the rescue and made quick work of putting in a new tankless, taking out our old big tank. And his pricing was very reasonable. I will absolutely call him first for all future plumbing needs.
