Mark was awesome! Our water heater went out and we were several weeks in with still no hot water. Mark came to the rescue and made quick work of putting in a new tankless, taking out our old big tank. And his pricing was very reasonable. The gentleman that replaced my broken faucet handle was very courteous and explained what was wrong and what the cost would be. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing sent Rick Granados to repair small gas leaks coming from my water heater. He did the necessary repairs to fix that problem and thoroughly checked all the gas pipes under the house to make sure there weren't any other leaks, at my request. Rick was punctual, polite and thorough. He worked efficiently and left everything all clean. I feel confident that my home is safe. Thank you.

As soon as I opened the door the guy was coming up with excuses. I could tell he really didn't want to do the job, telling me of other jobs he had to get to. It was going to take some digging and he seemed he didn't want any part of it, so he gave me a price I knew was way out of line so he wouldn't have to do it. We're talking about less than 10 feet of 3/4 inch of PVC pipe, one coupler, one 90° ell, and one 3/4 PVC pipe to 3/4 inch female galvanized fitting. I have used them before, but not again.

Do not use these guys I had a water heater replaced by home warranty and they charged me for parts that they did not replace they use the same old parts that were already on the water heater they are a scam
