I can not believe how fast Robo sent someone right to my house when we had a plumbing emergancy. They went above & beyond by calling my husband who was home while I was stuck at the doctor's office to see if it was okay to send someone out ASAP. They explained in detail what they could do to fix the problem AND what to do to help prevent it from happening again. The price was right. On 5/31/22 I moved into a unit on Chester lane managed by Clemner & Co. they are slum lords!! Melinda and Mark are hostile and unprofessional people. BUT after many plumbing emergencies the owner called Chris.

The local handy man Sylvester who is a thief and untrustworthy said the toilet breaking was my fault. I’d only been in the unit 4 days. The maintenance man pulled out a bucket worth of baby wipes. Blamed me. The 2nd time the toilet overflowed with sewage from the whole complex coming up through by toilet and shower I called code enforcement. The next day Chris showed up to find a major issue!! They’ve been in the heat digging trenches to get me a functional bathroom even last Sunday which was Fathers Day. His whole crew has kids!! Chris has been sweet, respectful and very professional. When we buy a home next year I will be calling them to keep our pipes flowing!!

Thank you thank you Chris AND Drain Pro staff for making an awful situation better. I was worried because my property management sent the owner from AIC electric over to fix our breaker panel on Saturday and did a no call no show then showed up Monday without an appointment. He was mad I wasn’t home and is now harassing and doing drive buys to intimidate me. Clemner & Co. has shady contractors. Thank goodness the owner stepped in and did the right thing with Chris!!!

I called and was told I would get a return call the person was at lunch, never received a call back.

The two young men that came out to help me with a septic issue were absolutely fabulous. Even though the problem wasn’t resolved it was not their fault and Luis and his partner Moses where the hardest working, most determined, and compassionate young men I have met in a long time. If I ever have to call rotor router again I will request these two gentlemen. They made a horrific experience into and experience that gave me a renewed faith in humans! Thank you Luis and Moses for your hard work and for not giving up on me!!!!! God bless both of you!!!!!

Michael was the repair technician that repaired the water line and spigot in the backyard. Second time using this companies service. Called in the morning they came earlier then they told me quoted and fixed quickly and efficiently. You get what you pay for and they are worth the price. Recommend them to friends and will continue to use them. Thanks to Michael and the clerk who answered the call friendly and professional

We thought our hot water heater needed to be replaced. Turned out to be a little plastic check valve. Extremely honest and friendly plumber. Would of given more stars if I could have.

Stans discount plumbing the owner fixed some stuff for me himself the office wasnt open but when i told hin that i worked for habitat for humanity golden empire he fixed the parts for me and didnt charge me a dime . And his family were going out of town to a race but waited for him.Good man good company. 😎

I had a backed up toilet and he fixed it faster than any other plumber had. I really recommend him, hes a hard working man who like to get things done.
