REAL RESPECTFUL CLEAN AND Professional

I had to call and ask if they were licensed plumbers. Overcharged for them to fix the mistakes I pointed out. Then charged overtime for them to drive back to the shop after the job was done. Was not told the time clock starts when they leave their shop till they return to their shop so count on an extra hour or two of billing.

Job was done in a reasonable time however I was not given a price ahead of the job my bad
I feel I was overcharged $525.50 for a simple repair get a quote before you do business with the plumbing doctor

Fast and friendly service. Called to let me know they were on the way and took care of the problem in no time.

I called at 11:15 am too have my drain snaked and they told me they would be here in an hour.. Well guess what it's been 2 hours and they still haven't shown up.. Why do you people give a time frame and when the time comes you still haven't shown up..

I just needed some DIY advice on a new shower drain and they came over the same day, looked at what I had already done and then gave me the instructions I needed to complete my project and didn't even ask for money!!!
