The two young men that came out to help me with a septic issue were absolutely fabulous. Even though the problem wasn’t resolved it was not their fault and Luis and his partner Moses where the hardest working, most determined, and compassionate young men I have met in a long time. If I ever have to call rotor router again I will request these two gentlemen. They made a horrific experience into and experience that gave me a renewed faith in humans!
