By far the most reliable, honest, knowledgeable, hardworking, and dependable plumber I have come across. SO thankful he is our “go-to” plumber! Can’t say enough nice things about Ryne. We have done a major home remodel, including items within kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and crawl space. He has been there every step of the way and never tries to up-charge or up-sell something unnecessarily. Always available to answer any questions and very approachable, not condescending. Amazing plumber/company. He came to do some last minute work for a client that was closing within a few days. He fit us in quickly and not only did excellent work but he pointed out several other items that weren't mentioned by the inspector that we want to get fixed in the near future. He has become my go to plumber and I've even started suggesting to clients that they should get a plumbing inspection done every year just so he can spot issues before they become problems.

We had some issues with a toilet running about every 5 - 10 minutes. Ryne came out, looked at the toilet and said it was probably a bad flapper. He suggested that I buy a replacement flapper and install it to see if that fixed the problem. When the new flapper didn't fix it, Ryne came back out and was straight forward with my options of either trying a replacement kit or simply replacing the toilet. We made the decision to get a new toilet and he did an excellent job on the install! Overall very happy with the level of customer service he provided, from the initial diagnosis through the replacement. The quality of the work was excellent and the pricing seemed to be very fair!

I've been having problems with something in my house using a lot of power. Ryne came out to check my hot water heater & well pump. He found my well pump wasn't running properly, and was able to fix it on the spot :) He was so nice and professional! Now it seems he may be helping with my hot water heater as well. He's extremely helpful!! Definitely a go to business!

Ryan and his company were great to work with. We purchased a new house and wanted to replace the poly-b piping in it and new water tank. After calling a bunch of plumbers, we stumbled upon Ryno Plumbing. After reading the great reviews, I called and Ryan came out right away, gave us an estimate with a few different options, all of which were very affordable compared to other companies' quotes, and we signed contract. Ryan kept in communication with us up until the install date and answered all my questions and was patient and helpful as I went back and forth with different options. At install, Ryan and his crew were right on time and knocked it out in one day, exactly as he said he would. Even after the project was done and we'd paid, he filed the permit with Raleigh, scheduled the inspection, follow up with it, kept in contact with me, and made himself available for the inspector. The inspection was done in 5 minutes. Quality work, quality company. I'd highly recommend working with them.

Being new to the area, I was unaware of a plumber I could contact for my plumbing issue and Ryne Bailey (Ryno's Plumbing and Backflow) was referred to me. Ryne came out the same day, only a couple of hours after initially contacting him. Aside from being one of the few plumbing businesses that do not charge a service fee to come out, the work and the service was exceptional. My first experience with Ryne was with a broken outdoor faucet in Summer 2020. He responded the same day and kept our yard from being a flood zone (I failed to write a review then, but should have). When our water heater began having issues last week (15 years old, original to the house), I didn't hesitate to call Ryno's Plumbing and get on his schedule for a replacement. These guys are quick, timely and professional with what they do. They responded the next morning and replaced the unit before it had a chance to completely die and leave us without hot water. Pricing is fair and the response and quality of work is priceless. They are my go-to with any plumbing issue.

What a blessing to have Ryno Plumbing and Backflow show up at my door on Friday 9/13/19 to help resolve an issue that developed with our gas company, Dominion who recently took over business from PSNC. These Ryno professionals are licensed, insured and more importantly; they know their business. They would stop at nothing to get my gas service restored so that our family didn't go into the weekend needing to go to a hotel.
They knew how to identify the problem, to navigate the issues proposed by Dominion and to get the problem solved. They are the most customer oriented service team that I have worked with and they get 5 stars! WOW! I am now a senior citizen with many service needs and experiences behind me. But I have never experienced the likes of Ryne Bailey and Ryno Plumbing in all my years. He is competent, prompt, dependable, pleasant and polite. Almost makes having no hot water a pleasant experience. Don’t hesitate to call him.

What a great and amazing and professional service my sister got from ryne Bailey today. I came to stay with my sister ilsa wachholz because of the hurricane. Unfortunately her water heater decided to go bad and water went everywhere and it was In the attic. Thank God we were home and caught most of the water and called ryne Bailey and he came over and took care of everything for my sister. His service was outstanding and reasonable when it came to costs. I definitely will tell friends about this amazing company. Thank you ryne, my sister was lucky to have this amazing service. Ryan was great to work with. He was very timely and detailed in explaining what needed to be done. He came in and quickly completed the job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him!!

We returned back from a vacation on a weekend to find out we were without hot water. He came on that day within an hour or two and had the hot water back on in about 45 minutes.
Ryne was polite, very informative, and patient in answering all of our questions and concerns.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Ryne did a superb job repairing leak inside my kitchen wall behind the cabinets. Ryan took my call on a Sunday evening, provided me with a very very worst case scenario estimate and was out the next morning at our Cary rental property for a less than typical sewer clog. He wasted no time, was very efficient, professional and methodical. Even though we had the worst case scenario, he charged me less than quoted. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RYAN & RYNOS PLUMBING. Nice to find someone reliable that you also feel good about handing over a well deserved payment in exchange for the services provided.

Ryan was the best! Highly recommend. 5 stars is not enough to rate his business. We had him quote us to switch from well to county water. The quote was by far the best quote I got out of the 15+ businesses I called before him. He was very prompt with coming out for an estimate and completing the service. He was able to work around my work schedule. He also kept a very close communication with me on a day to day basis to keep me informed of what and when something was taking place. Ryan, Chris and Tom came to the house, found our leak and fixed it in under an hour.
They were professional and explained all the repairs as well as the causes of the leak.

Excellent service no problems at all

Came out quickly, accessed the issue & explained what it took to fix it. Gave me the price before the job began, so nothing unexpected. Will have them out again soon to install a water filtration unit.

I had a shower trap to rupture one night, dumping water through the downstairs ceiling and onto the floor. The next morning I called Poole Plumbing (being new to the area); they could not come immediately but recommended Ryne to me. When I called him he actually answered the phone himself; I didn't have to leave a voicemail or deal with a dreaded robot menu. he came within three hours and diagnosed my problem and gave me a reasonable estimate. As it was a fairly major job, he could not do it then but promised to come the next business day by 12 noon. He arrived by 11 a.m. He and his employee were courteous and efficient, finishing in under two hours. They cleaned up behind themselves and even replaced the piece of ceiling they had to cut out to reach the pipes, so there would not be a gaping hole left behind. The final bill was $50 less than the original quote. Ryno's Plumbing certainly will be my Go To plumber from now on.
