Servicer showed up without the proper equipment and needed to call another associate to come. When the other associate arrived, he abruptly insisted a $750 fee to fix the problem and had not even walked into the house to diagnose the issue. I made him aware of the problem and the potential costs from my experience and he said he didn’t care nor did it matter. When I decided to not utilize their services based on his demeanor and unprofessionalism, he walked aggressively into my property and yelled with disrespect at his co worker to immediately vacate. I was appalled.

The Plumbing Doc Team has been nothing but informative, punctual and my biggest help when it comes to fixing any plumbing issues. I have had the chance to meet and work with Tim, Jerimiah, Brandon, Jared and Mike. I had a job that was said to take an average of 2 days and they knocked it out in 1. Mark was awesome! Our water heater went out and we were several weeks in with still no hot water. Mark came to the rescue and made quick work of putting in a new tankless, taking out our old big tank. And his pricing was very reasonable. I will absolutely call him first for all future plumbing needs.

Poor technical service

We thought our hot water heater needed to be replaced. Turned out to be a little plastic check valve. Extremely honest and friendly plumber. Would of given more stars if I could have.

Dave installed my bathtub and did an excellent job. The work was done quickly and thoroughly; he is clearly very experienced. Dave is professional and has a fun personality. He will be the first call anytime I need help with plumbing!

Ryan was quick to respond and help me when I needed it. I just bought the house, the pilot light went out and he walked me through how to re-ignite the pilot. So helpful. I hired him to reconnect the plumbing after a counter install & install a vanity. The vanity was a beast and Ryan and his team went above and beyond. I am so grateful. If you need any plumbing done, call Ryan. He will get it done- so responsive and professional- 5 stars!!!
