He moved our pipes over for our shower expansion, centered our drain line, installed upgraded pipes and lines, fixed a leak in our sink, and replaced some piping in our bathroom tub. Excellent work! Almost got hit by one of their drivers. So clearly somebody needs to hire better, there was a child in the car and he kept coming refusing to stop when we had the right away then proceeded to speed by and flip us off like we were in the wrong. Most unprofessional thing to do especially in company vehicle.

We had to have our home re-piped due to some leaks. Phillip was helpful in explaining the issues when he arrived to assess the situation. Ricky and Jose worked really hard to ensure the repairs were made effectively and promptly. They cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional. I had my toilets in both bathrooms upgraded and installed by a couple of the professionals from Titan Plumbing last year and I couldn’t have been happier with the quality of work, professional service and genuine personalities. I had to call them back the next day or two after because of a minor issue but they came right out, explained the problem and they didn’t leave until they knew I was satisfied with everything. That is exactly how I felt and still feel today about this company, satisfied. I don’t hesitate to recommend them for anyone who is interested in the same type of service that I had but I don’t doubt one bit that they would be A++ in any other area of plumbing. If I had to go negative on anything at all it would possibly be the overall price but at the same time I have to keep in mind that they don’t charge as much as they could due to the size of the company meaning more overhead and the position of the plumber is a set skill, meaning that the entire industry is a skilled trade, licensed and certified so I will not complain about the cost and I think I made a clear point about that. I appreciate their timely response to scheduling me, slightly early to the appointed time and no rush job and made an effort to clean up after themselves. I’m sure I will be using them again myself at some point in the future.
