I have required the service of Advanced Plumbing three (3) times in the past 2 months. Each time Ryan was the service technician. Ryan is a complete professional. He was respectful, courteous and efficient. And each time Ryan quickly troubleshoot the problem, gave ma quote and then solved my headache.

On one specific occasion the troubleshooting determined that I needed a new hot water heater. It blew my mind that he had one in his truck, and he swapped out the old and put in the new, in what seemed to be about 45 minutes. It would have taken me at least a 4 hrs.

I don't do many reviews but my experience with Advanced Plumbing's staff and Ryan [Super Plumber] have been nothing but exceptional. I am sure I will be using them on my other properties and they are the only Plumber that I have saved in my phonebook.

They were on time and completely did the job in one days time we used them a time before when they redid our plumbing from the house to the street. They are very professional, very courteous. I would highly recommend them.

David and Omar came out to fix my backed up kitchen sink. I was a bit crunched on time but they were able to fix it quick and efficiently. Very nice and professional. They explained and showed me the problem and even cleaned up after they were done working. Will definitely recommend to others.

I recently bought a house and the pool was losing about 1-1.5inches of water a day. Daniel from SLS came out and diagnosed not only the pool but my pump as well. I’ve never had a pool so he explained to me how everything operates. He did a leak inspection and found 3 leaks in the pool & 2 air leaks in the pump. I needed a new skimmer and needed to seal off my main drain. He completely rebuilt/updated my skimmer, fixed the air leaks, and installed a vacuum port on the inside of my pool wall. He did all of this in 2 days and now my pool is not leaking anymore and super clean thanks to the vacuum line! I was scared it was gonna break my wallet but he gave me a very good price. He was one of the nicest most informative people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Very trustworthy and did quality work. Customer for life…

My husband and I called Drain pro originally to recenter our washer and dryer lines in our laundry room during a remodeling. We set an Appointment for a couple days out to have the work done, but unfortunately we ran into another issue when our water heater started leaking. When we called again they were very understanding with my concerns and were able to come out the same day. Not only did they recenter my washer lines they ALSO relocated my water heater to the garage AND installed a brand new one!! I cant thank these guys enough, I had nothing to worry about ,while they did all the work. Technician, Billy Jenkins assessed and evaluated our problems. He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable of what me and my mom have been experiencing underneath our house. He had a lot of patience with me and my sister who had a lot of questions for him. He found that we have a repair in our sewer drainage and gave us an estimate.

The price was too high, the service was not professional. The plumber left a flooded bathroom. The owner hang up on me when I called to complain.
