When I called for an appointment, Owen, the owner, answered and was very friendly and polite. He listened to my issues and set up an appointment with a technician that same day. Ozzie, the tech that came out was very pleasant and got right to work. We had hot water in no time. I'm so glad that I found Garrett's Plumbing.
