Both times Jesse came out the 2nd time jessee and Jose worked on the unit for repair. They were very professional and did a wonderful job. I would rate this company LESS than 1 star if I could. This company is unresponsive & inefficient. They don't answer calls during business hours, schedule appointments and fail to show up, fail to respond to messages left, and have an apparent lack of concern for their customers. Our water heater has been out for more than a week. They came out to assess and ordered a part, but it has been almost a week since it arrived and we're STILL without hot water! They never showed up to install the part after setting an appointment to do just that! This is completely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE!
