Advance re piped my house and did a fantastic job i highly recommend , Advanced Plumbing is the only company I use for plumbing.

The price is always so high but you’re getting your moneys worth. The plumber they send to me so respectful, sweet, and extremely professional. After he was done doing his job he even helped my 10 year old on a math problem I couldn’t figure out. He was amazing.

On 5/31/22 I moved into a unit on Chester lane managed by Clemner & Co. they are slum lords!! Melinda and Mark are hostile and unprofessional people. BUT after many plumbing emergencies the owner called Chris.

The local handy man Sylvester who is a thief and untrustworthy said the toilet breaking was my fault. I’d only been in the unit 4 days. The maintenance man pulled out a bucket worth of baby wipes. Blamed me. The 2nd time the toilet overflowed with sewage from the whole complex coming up through by toilet and shower I called code enforcement. The next day Chris showed up to find a major issue!! They’ve been in the heat digging trenches to get me a functional bathroom even last Sunday which was Fathers Day. His whole crew has kids!! Chris has been sweet, respectful and very professional. When we buy a home next year I will be calling them to keep our pipes flowing!!

Thank you thank you Chris AND Drain Pro staff for making an awful situation better. I was worried because my property management sent the owner from AIC electric over to fix our breaker panel on Saturday and did a no call no show then showed up Monday without an appointment. He was mad I wasn’t home and is now harassing and doing drive buys to intimidate me. Clemner & Co. has shady contractors. Thank goodness the owner stepped in and did the right thing with Chris!!!

I love these people. Jared was hugely competent and quick and helpful He's a really good man and a great plumber. The girl who answers the phone for the plumbing doc is also competent and helpful and extremely nice. They're the best. I will always call them and highly recommend them.
Also they charge very fairly for their first rate service 😊

We had a home full of people from out of state. Of course our water heater went out. We emailed them on a Sunday. They responded and came out and ignored the problem early Monday. By noon our new gs water heater was installed and ready to go. Gtratnjob and very perversions

They pumped and treated my septic system
They also found a bad section of pipe and replaced it as well. Now my septic system is working better. Thanks guys.

The technician, Chris Jackson, was able to identify and locate the leak and fixed the problem as quickly as possible to help keep the cost down. I would definitely use them again if and when needed.

I usually don't take the time to write a review but this is worthy of it. If this was the first time working with these people, I would let it go. The first time was clear fraud. We inadvertently called these guys out to clear a drain. The first attempt didn't work. The second attempt failed and the guy complained the whole time about the pipes and how the other technician didn't know what he was doing. We called them again and they said it would be an additional charge to come out and scope the lines. They were already more expensive than others and they didn't correct the problem. Long story short, the pipes still didn't get done.
We called for a refund and got no where. I paid a contractor to wait each time for these guys to come out.
We called someone else that cleared the lines and all is well now.
Do not use these guys !!!! You are gambling.

This man understands plumbing and gives amazing diagnosis, and fixes the problem the first and the last time.
