We simply cannot say enough great things about this company. From the owner, Doug, to the gentlemen who repaired our AC (Daniel and Jorge), to the office staff: this is the best AC repair experience we've ever had. All were professional, kind, communicative, and more than fair. Money is super tight for us right now and in all of CA actually, and this company went out its way to help us with a reasonable AC repair just in time for the 108 degree heat -- and after us trying to tough it out without air for a full week before. They came the next day after I called and actually responded to my inquiry the evening before within minutes. They fixed everything within an hour. Everything was upfront and I felt like they were real people -- no high pressure selling or gouging. They even gave us a military discount for my husband's service. Love these guys! Very professional, punctual and dependable. Have used them for various plumbing issues through the years from garbage disposal and faucet replacement to fixing our tankless water heater (which was a big one for us when we couldn't get any hot water flowing!). I usually don't take the time to write a review but this is worthy of it. If this was the first time working with these people, I would let it go. The first time was clear fraud. We inadvertently called these guys out to clear a drain. The first attempt didn't work. The second attempt failed and the guy complained the whole time about the pipes and how the other technician didn't know what he was doing. We called them again and they said it would be an additional charge to come out and scope the lines. They were already more expensive than others and they didn't correct the problem. Long story short, the pipes still didn't get done.
We called for a refund and got no where. I paid a contractor to wait each time for these guys to come out.
We called someone else that cleared the lines and all is well now.
Do not use these guys !!!! You are gambling.

I have to say this is the worst plumbing place around. 1st off, the are not honest at all! It says open 24hrs But when you call it says the are only open 8-5. The guy who came to see us was very unprofessional. Besides the way he was dressed he smelled pretty bad and was not very cordial at all. Then to top it off, the guy told us that he would call us back the next morning now 2 days later still nothing!!
