Titan plumbing came out for a free estimate and they were on time. Admittedly the quote felt expensive. However, that's the cost of business these days. It was a fair price. I will say that I appreciated the techs response to my cost concerns, he showed empathy and that went a long way with me. I called titan the next day to give them the job. They came out the next day, on time and professionally completed the job. The tech was nice, explained the job and the ladies on the phone were courteous and helpful. I'm usually skeptical about trade businesses. Titan earned my patronage should I need them in the future...and I'm sure that I will. Thank you for supporting veterans 🙏

Excellent experience and a job well done. A.J. along with Chris did work on the outside water pipes that leaked and took longer than expected and still charged 100 bucks less than a competitor. The inside work was done in a fast and efficient manner. From estimate to repair was finished in 2 days. I would highly recommend this establishment for all plumbing needs. Great job guys! I loved working with this company, they were in and out, fairly cheap and the plumber I had the opportunity to meet was very helpful. He gave me a few tips and pointers on my septic system for the future.

I had a great experience all around. I can’t remember the technicians name but he was very friendly and informative. He even drew me a diagram of how the plumbing most likely is in the wall. I called to schedule to have them out to clean out my washing machine drain line. They had an opening the next day. She called back a little while later and said they had a cancellation and he could be here is 10 mins. He was! Price was reasonable too! Highway recommend! Also I called a different company before and still haven’t gotten a call back.

Leakage in bathtub faucet needed cartridge replacement and Brian was great with efficient and effective repair done in no time at all. I am impressed with their professionalism and response to immediately following up with reasonable rates and proper equipment and tools for this needed repair. Thank You so much! A+++

Super pleased by Brandon. He came by to fix a pipe stoppage for our washing machine. He was patient, knowledgeable, and super friendly.

Please note the 5 stars is just for Brandon. This was the second visit by Honest Plumber. There was some confusion with what the issue was during the first visit by another plumber. Thankfully we got Brandon this time and he fixed the issue on the spot (no repiping necessary). Wish we got him the first time around - it would've saved us so much time!
