Have enough materials supplies needed

Paid $300 for them to fix a leaky stem to the cold water in the shower he said he fixed the hot water stem too ( rebuilt not replaced) ... now the faucet is dripping hot and cold water & it wasn’t before . Bathroom was left with dirt in the bathtub & dirt and water on the floor . I originally called them out to unclog a drain (cost $192.50) & he noticed the stem was leaking . I’m very unhappy and will never use them again . Wish I could leave zero stars ( they were about an hour late too) .

Dave installed my bathtub and did an excellent job. The work was done quickly and thoroughly; he is clearly very experienced. Dave is professional and has a fun personality. He will be the first call anytime I need help with plumbing!

On September 10, 2018, The Honest Plumber arrived at my home to install a dish washer and to perform a separately scheduled service of a sprinkler system, which my wife and I understood would be accompanied with a separate service charge.

My wife met the technician who installed the dishwasher. The technician was not made aware of the second and concurrently scheduled appointment (made through their central office), and he was unprepared to proved the required service. When he left, my wife and I attempted to wash dishes and discovered that the dishwasher was not installed correctly and would not wash dishes.

We contacted Lowes, who is responsible for dispatching their sub-contractor in the event of failure. Lowes contacted The Honest Plumber. The Honest Plumber then called us (within 120 minutes --- to be fair, I am happy with this response time).

The Honest Plumber informed us that they have one qualified technician to handle this request and that between our installation and today (48 hours later) the technician put out his back and no service could be provided until he returned to work. A tentative appointment is set for Monday (1 week after initial appointment), with the understanding that if the technician's back is still out that he will need more time to recover.

My wife and I are not happy about the fact that we scheduled the installation of a new $1000 dishwasher and requested service on our non-functioning sprinkler system. The Honest Plumber made an appointment to provide services. We waited several days to receive service. The Honest Plumber arrived and provided service of sufficient quality to say that they were present but not to perform any of the duties requested. Both the installation of the dishwasher and the repair of the sprinkler system remain incomplete, and we are told that we must wait until another week has passed to maybe see another technician if their one (and only) qualified technician heals to a point that it is safe for him to work.

We are not happy.

He is fantastic. In my experience there are guys who do great work, but are really unreliable. The get it done when they get it done. Then there are guys who are reliable, but not great. Will is a unicorn. He does fantastic work and reliable. Do not hesitate to hire him.

I was quite satisfied with this plumbing service overall. Without question, I will use them again if needed.

Delta Heating and Cooling did an excellent job at diagnosing and fixing my HVAC when it stopped blowing cold air. Joe the technician did an amazing job explaining what was wrong with my system and explained the different options to fix my system. Amazing job with the install and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Joe and Delta Heating and Cooling for any HVAC repairs or maintenance.

Wally and his team were great. They were able to clear my laundry sink blockage in less than an hour.They did solid work. We'll definitely use them in the future.

My next door neighbor complained to me that there is a water leak in her patio from our kitchen sink.
I called Marlin Plumbing for leak detection.
Their team showed up right on time as scheduled.
After they finished their through inspection, they took the time to explain to me that the leak is from our neighbor’s fridge hose. My neighbor denied that the problem is from her fridge. I called Marlin company & to my surprise they sent to me a video they took when they found the problem. Sebastian & Mario were very professional, polite and understand what they are doing & they documented their work what I found very impressive & helpful.
I would definitely recommend Marlin Plumbing company & use them in the future.

EVERYONE please read this we had bought all these parts to fix our busted pipe at our house in skiatook we spent all day out there since like 10 in the morning and just got home right now we were out of ideas but there is a worker for this company named John and he is really amazing an such a blessing he decided to take time out of his day to come help us an this is at night time I luckily drove past his house and he was nice an willing enough yo come take a look at our problem and he fixed the last piece that we forgot about within 2 minutes and didn't even charge us this place is really amazing an people like him and them are such a blessing thank u so much

I would rate this company LESS than 1 star if I could. This company is unresponsive & inefficient. They don't answer calls during business hours, schedule appointments and fail to show up, fail to respond to messages left, and have an apparent lack of concern for their customers. Our water heater has been out for more than a week. They came out to assess and ordered a part, but it has been almost a week since it arrived and we're STILL without hot water! They never showed up to install the part after setting an appointment to do just that! This is completely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE!
