Very honest and came in a moment’s notice.

I had to call and ask if they were licensed plumbers. Overcharged for them to fix the mistakes I pointed out. Then charged overtime for them to drive back to the shop after the job was done. Was not told the time clock starts when they leave their shop till they return to their shop so count on an extra hour or two of billing.

We have always had great service from this company. Even when we had a small issue they came back out promptly and corrected it. Definitely recommend.

I have to say this is the worst plumbing place around. 1st off, the are not honest at all! It says open 24hrs But when you call it says the are only open 8-5. The guy who came to see us was very unprofessional. Besides the way he was dressed he smelled pretty bad and was not very cordial at all. Then to top it off, the guy told us that he would call us back the next morning now 2 days later still nothing!!

(4) Four trips and miss diagnoses and dealing with manager Steve and Jordan. Still having issues with my home. Called someone else Bell Bros. World of difference in service and professionalism.

I called to get someone out to fix my clogged kitchen sink i had a plesant conversation with the customer service rep, She gave me a appointment time of 1 to 3pm but that quickly changed to 11a. The technician Kevin came in and fixed the problem while making me feel comfortable by being very informative about the work he was doing. He had awesome customer service. The price for the work was very reasonable..
