Ryan worked on a toilet at our rental today and did a thorough and meticulous job. Considering the home was built in 1929 and has its original pipes, this wss no easy feat. He informed me in detail of what was wrong, what he planned to do about it and why, and explained the pricing as well. I will certainly be using APS and requesting Ryan again.

We simply cannot say enough great things about this company. From the owner, Doug, to the gentlemen who repaired our AC (Daniel and Jorge), to the office staff: this is the best AC repair experience we've ever had. All were professional, kind, communicative, and more than fair. Money is super tight for us right now and in all of CA actually, and this company went out its way to help us with a reasonable AC repair just in time for the 108 degree heat -- and after us trying to tough it out without air for a full week before. They came the next day after I called and actually responded to my inquiry the evening before within minutes. They fixed everything within an hour. Everything was upfront and I felt like they were real people -- no high pressure selling or gouging. They even gave us a military discount for my husband's service. Mark was awesome! Our water heater went out and we were several weeks in with still no hot water. Mark came to the rescue and made quick work of putting in a new tankless, taking out our old big tank. And his pricing was very reasonable.
