Unlike many contractors in todays world she arrived on time with all the tools & equipment needed, a great attitude and warm smile. Very refreshing. She handled herself professionally & competently and did a very nice job. She kept me informed at all times and demonstrated confidence in her abilities. I was driving down Ft Apache coming from Tropicana at about 4:30-4:45pm on 8/23. Your tech driving a Raptor Plumbing Van #12 was reckless with his driving. He was dodging in and out of traffic lanes, speeding, taking off on green lights, going off into the desert to go around cars and trying his best to get home, I can only assume, in Mts Edge. Only to pull up next to him and find him looking at his phone possibly texting. I call to complain and you guys close at 4pm. Makes sense why he was driving erratic. Gotta get home on Friday night right?! All this while I'm driving with my 3 year old in his car seat. People like this and companies that hire people like this don't deserve jobs or to be in business. Hopefully people read this and choose another company for their plumbing needs!

Had a wonderful experience with Active Plumbing! Woke up in the morning with a wet floor and a water heater with a blown lining. A few hours later the new unit was installed and everything was back to normal. Carl was super nice and helpful when booking the appointment, making sure to keep me updated on the plumbers arrival. Tony did a great job on getting the old unit out and new unit in, and I couldn’t be happier with the job that was done. Professional service and a great price. I will certainly call them first for any future needs. Thanks!

Called for a issue with my AC on Saturday. Appointment scheduled for Monday between 1-6. Technician was late. Inadequately diagnosed the problem and left leaving me with the same issue. Same technician returned the following day and indicated he couldn’t do repairs, a senior technician would be needed.Day three the senior technician arrived (late) and indicated he couldn’t access the unit the ducts would have to be removed and would call back with an estimate.I called another company before the door closed. 30 minutes later the other company arrived and 30 minutes after arrival the problem was resolved.

I was approached at Home Depot to have Yes! HVAC come to my house to tune-up my AC units.They called me mid day to inform the technician got tied up on another repair. I scheduled my day around these guys only for a no show. Very unprofessional, dispatch another guy, ask if he could come after hours, but no. Offered to come out in a week. I never understood that train of thought: we made a mistake so you go to the back of the line. No chance you ever get my business and I will tell anyone who listens not to use you. In fact I am giving up Home Depot for letting you solicit from their store.
