I can't tell you how many emergency plumbers we called when our valve snapped. Most didn't answer, others couldn't send a tech, only one could even send a request out to a tech but couldn't give an eta. After waiting 2 hours for them, we called Nevada plumbing authority. They got to us in record time, worked super fast, and prevented a flood. I'm eternally grateful, and cannot recommend enough.

I used FloPro to replace a leaky Hot water heater and was so happy with their prices and work, I decided to update and upgrade my whole house water filtration/conditioning system as well. This company was sent out by my home warranty. I paid my $85 copayment to them. The man told my husband there was nothing wrong with the toilet and that I needed to get someone to come out and clean my plumbing vents. The problem was the toilet tank was not holding water and there was no visible leak anywhere. This company owes me $85. I had the o-ring and the line replaced from the shut-off valve to the tank and lo and behold, plenty of water to flush the toilet on a daily basis. Must have been a very slow leak. We actually went out of town for an entire week and came back and the toilet is fine. I expect my refund in the mail.
