I had a shower cartridge that needed replacing. I had called several other plumbers, but because the hole in the shower wall was too small, others said they would need me to call a tile guy to open up the wall further to be able to do anything. Then I called Frontier Plumbing and they said they could try removing the shower cartridge without doing any of that, and they did just that! They went further to shop around for a new shower cartridge for me, since the replacement cartridge I already bought was incorrect. Saved me a ton of money and time on what could have been an expensive fix, and kept the price at an affordable rate. On top of that, they reinstalled the shower handle and caulked it, free of charge. Will definitely refer back to them for any of my future plumbing needs!

We called Impact Plumbing on Sunday morning due to a leak, and they sent someone quickly. The plumbers who fixed our toilet valve leak were Sammy & Austin. Unfortunately, the 2nd-floor water leaked onto the 1st-floor ceiling; however, they fixed the leak and performed a thorough inspection of our ceiling. They fixed the leaking 2nd-floor toilet, plus fixed/replaced the other two toilet valves in our home in just two hours. They are the most responsive, professional, and reasonably priced plumbers we have ever used. Plus they gave us a good recommendation to repair our damaged dry wall.
Glad they are located in the Summerlin Las Vegas area. We highly recommend Impact Plumbing!

Do not waste your time with this poorly run plumbing company. Made an appointment for today 2-4pm. The repairman called to tell me he was 30 mins away at 1:45pm. At 2:25pm I called the tech to ask where he was and was told he was outside the building. At 2:45pm I called again and the tech says he is at the wrong building. At 3:17pm I called the scheduling number and the unprofessional female answered thinking she can talk in whatever manner she wants. She hung up in my face and then I called back she tells me she hung up because I was rude. Trying to explain that they have a 2-hour window so the tech was not late. The tech didn't even have what he claimed was the right address. I get a call back from some guy that says he was the owner asking dude what's my problem, why am I talking to his employee like that. The employee is unprofessional and doesn't have any customer service skills. I called to cancel. I could have let the tech waste his time and not be allowed to enter the home. If you value your time go with a company that can get your address correct, provides customer service and has reasonable time management. Vegas Valley Plumbing is a joke of a plumbing company.
Response to the Owner: You thought you were defending your receptionist/the person you sleep with. The only things you did was make yourself look more foolish. I would never give you my business. I would never use your company even if the service was free!

I called Plumbing Repair Now in Vegas and had my water heater replaced within hours. The plumber was fast and professional. They did a good job of cleaning around the water heater after they were done. The price seemed very reasonable plus it came with a full warranty.

My unit went out during the pandemic and I had to wait for the replacement motor to come in to be installed. These guys were great! I thought I had a leak, they came right out for free to investigate. They were fast and efficient and really did a very thorough job of checking everything. At the end of the day I did not have a leak and they were able to show me how they knew that. If I had needed additional service I would have hired them in a minute to take care of it for me and they are definitely on my list next time I need help.

Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.
