Best Water Filtration System in Las Vegas NV

After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

I called Nevada plumbing authority after a dishwasher repairman left our garbage disposal unusable. They called back nearly immediately and helped us fix the issue over the phone. The plumber did not even need to visit our house! Honest and helpful. Any plumbing problem we ever have again we will be calling Nevada plumbing authority! Thank you!

I highly recommend In House Plumbing. They came out for what is probably a pretty simple issue, a clogged sink, but for me it was a huge issue. They arrived when they said they would and quickly went to work. The issue was in the line away from the house, but it didn’t take long for them to get the clog cleared up and my sink working again. Once the job was done they cleaned up after themselves and were on their way. And all at a very affordable rate. I’m a small business owner myself and I like to use local small businesses when I can. I had them help my daughter out when she had and issue at her condo, and will continue to use them for any issues that might arise at my home.

Gerson is the best plumber. He communicated well showing us pictures along the way. He has been to our house twice and if we need a plumber in the future we will call him again. He does absolutely stellar work. Thank you Gerson

This company gave me an estimate for placement of several valve boxes, trenching, and tying into a drain in my foundation. It involved jack hammering the house foundation, jackhammering the footing of a retaining wall, and placement of a channel drain. The job took longer than the company anticipated and i was told that they may need a change order and charge more. I pushed back that I had changed nothing from the original job that they quoted, and the fact that the job is taking longer than they anticipated is not my fault. I had sent them in advance the installation instructions from the manufacturers of the channel drain in order that they could inspect them and let me know if there were any problems. When it came time for the channel drain installations, they refused to install the drains according to the manufacturer's instructions. If they had a problem with this then I think they should have informed me prior to starting the job. I ended up placing the forms myself for pouring the concrete per manufacturers instructions. Their employees were given an ice chest full of ice with soft drinks. Their employees where provided lunch for two of threes days the initial job took. When the function of the drainage was tested it was found that the drain overflowed the trap box almost immediately which I think should have been anticipated by a plumber. The plumber told me that they could install another valve to prevent this overflow and it MAY cost more, but if it did cost more, it would not be much, and there would be a change order. I had to leave town, and I never received notice of a change order or any additional cost. The plumbers arrived and had my friend at the house sign the change order but she tells me she was misinformed that I was aware of the job (I was aware of the job, but NEVER was informed of the cost) and she tells me the tablet she signed did not display the cost of the job. The plumbers came for exactly 1 hour 39 min (recorded on security cam footage). I was charged $470 for one plumber and one helper. I wrote the company that I felt this charge was exorbitant, and I asked for a breakdown of the hourly rate and parts charges. I never received a reply. Later I received an email reply that they don't charge by the hour and that they provide value in their work. I really don't think $470 for one hour and 39 min is much value, and they had my friend sign the change order without knowing anything about the specifics. Bottom line I think they reamed me for an hour and 39 min at a charge of $470 because they spent more time than they wanted on the initial job (which had already been paid in full). I know that they will say they spent over $100 on parts. I supplied the valve, they supplied a valve box and perhaps a connector or elbow or two. I dont know how this could cost over $100. The trench to do the work was already open and was left open. I will never use this company again. Make sure you dont let them try to upcharge you because they may have underestimated the time for the job.

Mach 1 Plumbing was called out due to water coming up through the asphalt in the main drive of an association. They came out on a holiday and marked the street to identify where work needed to be done which included digging up the asphalt. Call before you dig was also contacted and repair scheduling was already set to be done within 72 hours! Other companies take 3 days to contact call before you dig which just delays repairs and contributes water waste.

On repair day they, technicians, arrived earlier than scheduled and water was shut down no earlier, or later, than scheduled. Considering the main supply line to the 107 unit community was 6ft deep and leaking profusely we expected it to take all day before water would be restored to the residents. Pleasantly surprised and completely unexpected, the water was restored within 3.5 hours! All of the material from excavation was replaced and the entire job completed within less than a full day.

Often times owners become restless or agitated with the length of time it takes for repairs and often call management if someone even takes a break or is doing nothing onsite. Instead of complaints, Homeowners and Board Members contacted management with their extreme pleasure in the quick, efficient and cleanly manner of which they performed their job..... Even the owner most known for finding something wrong (or left out of place) text messaged me saying I'm not sure where you found this outfit but I am extremely pleased with these people. They got my wanted on in a short time and they didn't even leave a mess. You need to keep them on speed dial and only use them from now on...

I noticed one of the toilets in my house was slowly moving sideways and when I looked, I noticed the bolt holding it down to the floor was no longer attached. I used Yelp to request quotes for plumbing services. Several responded but only BC Plumbing offered to inspect without a charge. BC Plumbing responded promptly to my request for service. Kurt and Joshua came out to my house at the appointed day and time. They identified the problem and other issues and proposed the repairs to be done. They even took care of the old toilet, so I don’t have to dispose of it myself. I am very pleased with the quality of their service. They are prompt, responsive and professional. I highly recommend BC Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber.

Robert was here in 10 minutes at 6pm in the evening. He fixed the clogged garbage disposal in 15 minutes with a 3/8 cable and successfully restored my drain line back to normal. A++
