I had a big leak in what I thought was the water main line so I went on Angie's List to find a bunch of plumbing companies. I got a call soon as I finished my request and within 1 hr an awesome consultant named Franco came to my house and told me good news that my irrigation line was leaking and not my main line. Also he told me about the veteran discount and saved me 15% off my service. That helped alot. Then he called a professional Zach and he came to my house within 1 hr and took 1 hr to get the job done. This is my first time dealing with a plumbing issue and alot of weight is off my shoulders because this problem was taken care of within 3 hrs. Thank you Eternal Plumbing Solutions for your service.

Curtis was persistent in finding my plumbing issues, both with leak and faucet repair, took the time to explain to me options, then worked diligently to repair.

Philip came to our house to help with an emergency water pipe leak. He explained what was going on and fixed it. He also fixed our kitchen sink (the lines were reversed) and hooked up our refrigerator water line. Thank you Philip! :) Anytime plumbers will be my plumbing company for now on.

The owner of this company Joe is completely unprofessional. It’s unfortunate because I don’t like writing bad reviews about companies. We had hired this company to go out to start work right away and they sent an estimate stating that the total invoice of $4800 was due at the end of the job upon completion. Then I get an email from the owner stating that he wants $2400 upfront to be paid in full nonrefundable. Then he sends me another email stating that he wants 10% upfront of the total job which was not the amount he disclosed in the email. It wasn’t making any sense at all. He likes to make excuses because he’s afraid of being sued if they make a mistake so if somebody is worried about making a mistake it’s most likely because they are not qualified to do the job or they are paranoid that their work will not be up to par. So I would not recommend this company whatsoever! Very contradicting and statements and excuses do not make any sense at all. It was a complete waste of time dealing with them.

I can’t say enough how amazing this plumbing company is. They are on-time, honest and professional. We were nervous that we had a pipe leak and potential mold in the house (from what our flooring guy told us) so they came out next day to inspect and found no evidence of either which was a relief for us since we have a 7 month old. They didn’t even charge us to come out. I know for certain if we do have a plumbing issues we will absolutely call them to fix the issue.

Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.
