Before installation, Tyler noticed water damage and mold to the dry wall around the water heater and called WFM Restoration in order to get the issue resolved. Very rarely do you meet a professional such as Mike Rehac at My Plumber LV. We found Mike online and it was a fantastic experience! Mike responded to our service request almost immediately and went above and beyond. He repaired several faucet handles and even though it was a late night call, helped us advert disaster by replacing a leaking kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for. Our house was ready for dozens of guests coming in and we were able to be ready and have our kitchen ready for action. This is the best plumber we've ever worked with!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I had a leak in my condo and it was leaking into my neighbors condo underneath us. Not only was Helen knowledgeable but also very helpful! She had someone out there immediately to diagnose the situation. Her plumber found the cracked pipe and was able to resolve it in a day. She’s worked with me sending all the info to my warranty company and answering all of my questions. She helped me schedule with my tenants and neighbor downstairs. They were literally life savors! We had had another company that my warranty company suggested and they were the absolute worst so we were so ecstatic that Helen was able to help us out. I had Roto-Rooter come and snake my whole house and use cameras for preventative measures and maintenance. The two gentlemen, Ryan & Jeff, were very polite, professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves, and explained everything in full detail and so on. They came and saw what I was looking for, gave me a price and were able to complete the work that day. They were very courteous of my schedule and time. They wanted to be sure I would be satisfied and they wouldn't interfere with anything I may have had planned, which is rare and I very much appreciated. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and service. I will highly recommend Roto-Rooter to others and will definitely use them in again in the future.

Alex was on time and professional. They deliver a quality product at prices that are far more reasonable than the competition. Let's get some numbers: they were $500 cheaper than Pure plumbing and $1000 cheaper than Air Pro Master plumbing. Other plumbing companies charge $90 -$100 just to come out to give an estimate and do not roll that fee into cost of repair or work. Blurpee's gave Same quality of workman ship that the other high priced companies would have provided for my project to install pipe work for a water softener system. Highly recommend.
