Good receptionists, but poor speed to get the job started. I waited 1 week to have my water heater replaced. The first day they made a decent excuse claiming that there was a family emergency. After that, it took 7 days to pick up the heater and install it. I was very easy at first with this company. They'll take advantage of your kindnesses, so be sure to be firm on them so they can make the job happen. They told me that they'd start at 8am this morning for sure. I'm sitting here at 3:48 pm watching them install the water heater. Seem like good guys, but being good and producing results in a timely manner are two different things. A company covering for it's employees is great. A company taking advantage of a customer is no excuse.

Main shut-off valve in the garage. 1st of all, come to find out the valve itself cost $180.00. it took him 15 minutes to do the work. That translates to $150.00 an hour. Although he did a good job, I didn't appreciate the pressure applied for him to do the job immediately without some research. I've done this in the past, just can't anymore it due to age & arthritic pain. It's not difficult at all, just requires strength. Also, I couldn't get an appraisal on the phone & was told the plumber would appraise it when he arrived. Yes he came down $125.00 from $725.00 to $600.00, but my neighbor just got his done yesterday for less than $300.00 including the valve. After so many companies coming to my home for repairs A/C, plumbing, etc. & Making me feel like I was getting robbed over the years, I found Saul & his company Hydro plumbing originally refreshingly honest & fair. It seems now they've fallen into the same deception. Obviously Miguel, plumber who did the job, must be on commission like other companies.Not sure where I'll go from here. Really feel like I've been swindled.

I have called numerous times and Have had a professional, timely and friendly service. Tev has helped me in the middle of the night with a flooded garage from a leaking water heater. Larkin is the only plumbing service that has kept their word and backed their service. Ask for Tev!
