Myrna (office manager) was wonderfully responsive in getting all the moving parts scheduled and coordinated; Kevin (owner) was on top of the situation and made sure evidence was gathered to show that the issue was due to a common HOA pipe (so that the HOA could reimburse us for the cost of repairs); and Rocky (the thoughtful and great plumber) was literally in the trenches in 110 degree weather all day laying down new pipes so that we could move our tenants back into their home. We couldn't have done this job without your help and professionalism!!
