I had a tub draining slow. They caused a leak and flooded my downstairs caused over $6,000 in damages. When I called them they responded 4 hours later to an emergency call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

My water heater broke and I called them out to come fix it. The tech was nice and thankfully it was under warranty. They had one in the shop and was able to get it installed, however it was defective and we went all night without hot water.

They gave us $100 off the labor charge and showed pretty early the next morning. Very happy with the service even though it was a bit of a pain having no hot water for the night.

I know they have some less than 5 star reviews but the service I experienced was very professional and I was very happy with the $100 discount for the inconvenience of having no hot water!

The best in town, no doubt about that! No issues keeping to a schedule here. Prestige was extremely pleasant and transparent about everything!

Danny was attentive and extremely knowledgeable as I asked questions about various areas that may need attention. He was honest and did not try to sell me on anything I didn't need. I will very much use this Adaven Plumbing again! Highly recommend!
