Called them to replace a broken toilet. Mark showed up earlier then quoted which was fine by me. And he completed them job very quickly. Mark was friendly and explained any issues. He disposed of the old toilet and all box and trash from the new one. I won't hesitate to hire them again.

New to the area and went through several no show, no result companies before finding this company. Rory was awesome about getting to the root of our issue and fixing our problem quickly. He was knowledgable, respectful and punctual. Looking forward to having a go-to plumber for future needs.

I have a house in Las Vegas. Today I have problems with no hot water.
My house is from KB Builder using Rheem tankless water heater was not working. I called Focus Plumbing to come diagnose the issue. Set up for same day service. The technician showed up and found error code 11 on the indicator. He showed his price list for replacing the malfunctioned part is $341 on top of $69 diagnostic charge.
The house is couple year old that mean the heater is couple years old and still under a warranty. The house is vacant for two years. We moved in July 2022, up to today only for 10 months.
The technician took less than 5 minutes the part was already replaced. He asked me to check for hot water. I checked and it worked.

The replaced part costs only $20

I cannot believe they charged $410 labor fee to work in 5 mins to complete the job.

I would not go back for their business in the future!!!

Bob M. was an amazing technician. Not only did he troubleshoot and correct our issue with our water heater, but Bob also explained the science behind the issue and solution. He fixed the issue quickly, and he even gave me advice on how to prolong the life of my system. Thank you Bob!

Olay was very nice and professional, came to fix our igniter on our fireplace, other people quoted me anywhere from $150-$800! He took a little time, tested and cleaned the manifold, and showed me the trick to the pilot light on this model. It works great! Highly recommend them.it only cost me $65!
