Brandon & FOCUS plumbing was communicative ahead of my appointment time, he showed up on time, was extremely professional while at the same time being friendly enough to where I felt comfortable having him in our home, etc. He was quick and efficient and I honestly can’t say a bad thing about him, or enough good things. I have had no hot water since 6/21/2121, and called my Home Warranty Company and they sent out a company who did absolutely nothing. My hot water heater was under warranty and they told me I would have to replace it. I emailed HYDRO PLUMBING & they came out within a few hours and I have hot water. Thank you Miguel for explaining everything and for your great customer service. Hydro Plumbing did what Choice Home Warranty wouldn’t do and I THANK YOU !!!

PENTAGON PLUMBING is absolutely AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL AND FAST!! Alfred, was/is so very nice and made QUICK work of installing our new soft water line AND new shut off valve at the house. We called on Thursday, they came out on THAT DAY and the work was COMPLETED IN TWO DAYS :) !!
