The company was there when needed. The tech was great ,and was quick to find the problem. The only reason I said 4 intead of 5 stars was bc it was a little more pricey then I thought it would be. But wouldnt hesitate to call these guys first regardless. Thank you.

Came in fully protected with mask, booties etc. Reviewed my request, analyzed the issue, recommended the repair, performed very efficiently, checked water purity, made recommendations for servicing my new water heater Nd air conditioning units, called office to get pricing, and cleaned up before he left. I would use Goettl again based on professionalism.

I was driving down Ft Apache coming from Tropicana at about 4:30-4:45pm on 8/23. Your tech driving a Raptor Plumbing Van #12 was reckless with his driving. He was dodging in and out of traffic lanes, speeding, taking off on green lights, going off into the desert to go around cars and trying his best to get home, I can only assume, in Mts Edge. Only to pull up next to him and find him looking at his phone possibly texting. I call to complain and you guys close at 4pm. Makes sense why he was driving erratic. Gotta get home on Friday night right?! All this while I'm driving with my 3 year old in his car seat. People like this and companies that hire people like this don't deserve jobs or to be in business. Hopefully people read this and choose another company for their plumbing needs!

This was to repair a leak from our water heater. The technician arrived, diagnosed the problem,went to get a part,
and returned and fixed the problem

This company charges $300+ per hr. The owner laughed at me when I asked why he charges so much. I said it would be normal $100 per hr to cover all expenses. Parts not included. The owner said we charge way more than $100 per hr.

Another company charges me $50 for parts and a $260 repair service fee. Rotor Rooter tried to get $800 flat rate.

Yes they are there fast, maybes it's worth it for you if money's easy to spend for you. As a rental property owner this is for emergencies when no one else can come. These guys will over charge you alot!

Find out what they say is wrong. Call you manufacture get part numbers and price.

You as a home owner do not need to feel trapped into paying $300 hr for work plus additional part fees, you can find other plumbers to do under $100 hr.

Plus they have an open permit from my water heater in 2011 installed in a small condo which I was charged $10,000 installed.
I overpaid $6,000 for a normal tankless I researched later goes for $1200 retail. Owner refuses to close the permit as its installed wrong I found out, owner did not want to refund me the difference for being over charged. Found out the technician at that time took the cash in the payment and stold it and was fired. Basically the technicians are making there own price. There's no standard fees other than the basic lowest charge of $175 which is high for a 15 min fix. Today they came ovee I was hoping they'd close the permit, but the same thing happened. Over priced $800 to fix an ignighter inside my water heater which cost in parts $55, I called the manufacturer.

Owner said for me to call someone else. And still permit is open. I'm contacting state contacting board at this point.

But if your looking for a good honest happy plumber who will not overcharge you this is not the company. The owners technicians are nice that came today, they are getting paid probably to upsell you so yes they are nice guys.

Awakening in the morning to a wet floor in the master bathroom prompted me to contact Yes! Plumbing which I have used for the past several years. They realized the urgency of my problem and sent out two servicemen, James Insley and Mike Bissell, who arrived within one hour of my initial contact. Both were in clean uniforms and presented themselves professionally and courteously. The put on their booties, proceeded to the problem toilet. After the inspection and diagnosis, they gave me an estimate of three different options of resolving the problem After selecting my option choice, a new toilet was installed. Their work was performed in a no mess manner and was completed in a timely fashion. I would recommend Yes! to anyone who has plumbing or air conditioning needs..

I used FloPro to replace a leaky Hot water heater and was so happy with their prices and work, I decided to update and upgrade my whole house water filtration/conditioning system as well. They are professional, VERY responsive and have very competitive prices. They will be my go to plumbers from now on.

Olay was very nice and professional, came to fix our igniter on our fireplace, other people quoted me anywhere from $150-$800! He took a little time, tested and cleaned the manifold, and showed me the trick to the pilot light on this model. It works great! Highly recommend them.it only cost me $65!
