I called Jason in a panic as our water main was leaking thousands of gallons of water for quite awhile and we did not know. He immediately sent Andrew to assess and confirmed it was. They came out on Memorial Day and worked from 7am til 6pm tirelessly to get it all dug and fixed in one day. Herculean effort! They dug 45 feet in length. They are so passionate about what they do and so compassionate too! They did an excellent and thorough job explaining and advising every step of the way. They are the nicest people with very fair and competitive prices and superior quality customer service. Their professionalism and attention to detail and follow through did not go unnoticed. We will only be working with them going forward for all plumbing needs. So very knowledgeable and gracious. I would give them 20 stars not 5 and a big hug for being so wonderful to us!!

I contacted Las Vegas Plumber & Drain Cleaning Services to unclog a toilet because I felt it was time for a change. After I called, Jeff showed there to help in less than 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Jeff was able to fix the issue in just one hour. Jeff was courteous and did a good job of tidying up. Joel comes highly recommended for any water heater issues you may encounter. Great company with fair rates (trust me I called them all). Anyway, if you need plumbing work, I do recommend you give this company a call first,. You probably won't have to make a second call if you do. I would not recommend Jose though. You might ask that he doesn't get called out actually. Especially for your water heater needs anyway. Edit: October 20 2016. So turns out Joel just rigged things up to work, do not use this company. Jose, Joel, Sal, run. Ever since my original review, I have had plumbing problems every month, now the second job Joel did on June 19th messed my entire toilet up. He came out for a simple clog when he took my toilet off, suddenly I need a couple hundred in toilet repairs, asked if I just needed a new toilet and was told no. He left to get parts for about 2 hours, came back, was done in about 20 minutes. Turns out he also cut a big hole in my wall (checking my legal rights on that one) Now 3 months later, the entire toilet has broken away from the floor and Joel no longer works for the company (I know why now), Sal came out and told me I needed $900 worth of work to make this right. No thanks, the money will spent be with another plumber. I was also not really offered a solution, just told that I need about $900 worth of work and that the toilet that was fine 3 months ago was shot and that they do warrant their work for 30 days. Also I understand my house is old and needs work, just that $400 could have been towards the $900 worth of work, I needed, especially considered Joel cut a whole in my wall without my permission. Sal just kind of told me nothing he could do.

Complete emergency water removal and restoration. This job took a little more than a week and I had my home back fully restored. The team over at LV Restoration & Plumbing was incredibly helpful, and easy to work with. The owner Joe is an absolute god sent, he is so knowledgeable and makes sure you are happy with everything and explains everything before moving forward.

Our main tech, Freddie was diligent in his efforts to get all our questions - answered. Also, to make sure our home was back to 100%!!

I would suggest anyone looking for an excellent water damage or even a restoration company in Las Vegas to give LV Restoration a call, they we're the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!!!!

Vince of Silverstate Refrigeration & HVAC was a real life-saver to me. He made 3 visits to replace a motor that wasn't functional and didn't stop until my home AC worked to bring the temperature down from 95 degrees to a livable 72 degrees. This was at the end of July, one of the hottest months of the year. This senior citizen is very grateful to be able to stay nside her home once again! Thank you, Vince, from my heart!

Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.
