We have used Eternal Plumbing Solutions a couple of times now for different issues in our aging home. They are honest & do a great job in a timely manner.

Keegan Bosch is very efficient and reliable. We called him for an outside faucet that we tried to replace ourselves and could not complete the job. We had the water shut off at the main valve and could not turn it back on until the new faucet was put back on. Keegan came out the same day. He was very busy but he worked us in. We are very pleased with his work. No more leaks.

Precision plumbing provided excellent service and a fair price when they replacing our hot water heater. Their technician Kerwin Lacson was outstanding. He was a professional who knew exactly what he was doing and was able to get us hot water within a matter of hours. Definitely I would recommend both Precision Plumbing and Kerwin to anyone with a plumbing emergencey.

I always look for neighborhood mom and pop shops to support. They were polite, professional, prompt, and Curtis was informative and knowledgeable.

Needed a new water heater. Called Mastermind Mechanical. They came to install the next day. Haik was professional, and on time. He called to inform us he was on his way to the house. The water heater is a Rheem so it is a good quality. His estimate was very reasonable and Mastermind Mechanical had the best warranty out of the other estimates we received. I will refer Mastermind to my neighbor and friends.

BEWARE!!!!SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Nothing at that address and Zach on the phone was beyond rude and told me I didn't care about my loved one because I didn't trust what he was saying as I was bawling my eyes out! Not to mention he told me out of state was my only option and that 100% the opposite of what my insurance said!!

Jeff replaced our choked-up garbage disposal and also gave me good advice for making sure the new worked longer. Courteous, professional and quick also.

The absolute worst! I scheduled with them for Friday. They gave me a 3 hour window, 3-6pm. Originally I had appreciated them working me in same day. They did not call to say they were running behind their 3 hour window. They left me a voicemail at 6:15pm saying they were really busy and hoping they could reschedule me. I called back right away and got an answering service. They did not call me back until 8:23 p.m. I called this morning, and the young, non-customer service chick they have answering their phones wanted to argue with me that they had not canceled my appointment yesterday, but rather that I did not answer my phone (so it was my fault), and she then hung up on me! They never showed to the appointment; obviously could not make the appointment time; didn't bother calling before the window ended to give me ETA, or ask appropriately to reschedule. I would NEVER recommend this company, and their loss- I actually have to completely replace my air conditioner, so I will give my thousands $$$$ to a business that actually knows how to run things.
