Kyle came out to install a new faucet in my bathroom and replace some of the old plumbing, he was actually early! He did a great job, was quick and very friendly!

I contacted this company first thing in the morning around 7am in hopes I would be able to schedule an appointment. After taking all my info over the phone of which the individual handling the information was soooooo slow and re read my phone number incorrectly, re read my last name wrong and couldn’t repeat the address I gave him back correctly. I was patient and corrected him each time of which he then said a plumber would call me to see about scheduling me on their day. No one called, No followed through to give any reason as to why the company couldn’t call me. Good thing I went off instinct and called Johnny plumbing. He text me, showed up and fixed my issue all before 1pm. Would never recommend Vegas Valley Plumbing as it’s insulting of their name being that I am native who has lived here 57 years. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words We didn't do that pipe. So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.

Water was heard running in the drain under my kitchen sink. After checking the water sources inside and outside of the home, there were no visible leaks or sound of water running except under the kitchen sink. Not knowing who to call, I searched out names of plumbers on the internet and read the reviews. Plumbing King, LLC was highly recommended. I called the number listed and Steven answered. I explained my problem and he said he could come over later in the afternoon. Steven arrived and in respect of my home, he removed his boots before entering. He looked professional wore special clothing identifying himself as Plumbing King, LLC. I explained to Steven that the water lines are under the foundation; that I could hear water running in the kitchen drain; and that there were no visible leaks inside or outside the home.
Steven checked all the water locations and suspected the leak was under the kitchen sink. Steven explained my options, the details of the work such as cutting several holes in the walls, running the new pipe through the attic and the cost for this work. I accepted his offer. Steven and Jordan arrived the next morning to start the work. Steven conducted a thorough check of all the water sources and found the problem was the water line under the kitchen sink. Steven cut out the drywall and found there were two leaking cold water lines. Steven, Jordan and Tyler completed the work timely and professionally and kept my home cleaned. A few days later and before the drywall was replaced, I asked Steven to replace the hot water line for which he did in a timely manner. A few days after that, I had a plugged drain. I called Steven and he came over and unplugged the drain at the end of his day. He also installed a new water softener. A state inspector commented on how nice the work looked.
Steven is professional, friendly, courteous, polite, prompt and respectful. I can say the same for Jordan and Tyler. If ever I need a Plumber, Plumbing King, LLC will be the one I call and the one I refer to others. Thank you Steven for completing all this work in a professional and timely manner.
