Called Resolution for an estimate for a tankless water heater flush service. They were on time, gave a fair quote and were able ti complete the job on the spot. Very professional and courteous. Received an additional quote for a new water softener. Again very fair price, and plan to have this installed in the near future.

The teach was super helpful and but the leak didn’t fix anything and the leak is back and even worse causing a flood in my other bathroom again.

We were totally disgusted with this company, we called them because our water heater is under warranty and a technician came was fumbling to work and waited for an hour for a part to be delivered by someone from this company, charged us for 2 hours labor=$300.00 with the guarantee that there is a problem they will fix it again. The next day the same problem happens, the pilot light won't stay lit, so when we call the company again, they will send someone to FIX it and charge us again. The nerve of this company, first of all the technician didn't fix the problem after all. DON'T DON'T use this company, you'll be wasting your money, time and trust.
