Did not use them for plumbing services but called them in the middle of the night with a sprinkler system issue. They got back to me on the phone very quickly and walked me through how to shut off the valves without trying to charge me. The person went out of their way to try to take pictures and verbally walk me through the process. Would definitely give them a chance for plumbing services.

Paul took the time to tell me how the problem would be solved and what it would cost before even starting the project. Problem was solved in a timely manner and price was right on. These 2 gentlemen installed a water filtration system in our house. T,hey worked like a surgical team. Very knowledgeable, explained the system and what to expect in the first couple of days and were extremely courteous. My property manager had them.come out to my hone to look at my water heater to be repaired. Have me move out my can am ryker and my atv to look at it just to wait for an approval they don't get waste my time with all.of it. Never have your customers move things around if u don't even have an approval to fix it smh

Raptor plumbing installed the plumbing in my daughter's new home. It has never worked from day one. We have had them out several times and all they say is we use too much toilet paper, or you have to flush every toilet everyday. Once again, the toilets will not work and they absolutely refuse to take responsibility for the shoddy installation and told me point blank that they fixed the issue. The issue has NEVER EVER EVER BEEN fixed. Stay far far away from this company and never purchase a home where they did the plumbing installation.
