Best Great Plumbing in Las Vegas NV

Vegas Vally Plumbing sought our home repair that I listed on Angie’s List. Joshua was amazingly kind & professional. He documented why repair was not needed or needed. He did not try to find other problems, unless it truly needed attention.

Usually when a warranty company sends out a plumber you expect the worst case scenario. I couldn't have been more wrong. Benny came out and was outstanding. I really appreciated his professionalism.

This company is GREAT-GREAT-GREAT!!! We called them back to redo all the water pipes and replaced them with Flax. It took about 4 days. Tom was the guy who did the job, he is a super great plumber, honest, reliable, on time, and very, very, hard worker!!! Paul is one of the supervisors and he is incredibly nice and very professional. He gave us a great deal!! Daven (supervisor), is the one who discovered the damage and recommended we to re-do all the pipes. He's also very nice and extremely professional!!! We are going to use this company again in the future and absolutely recommend their service to everyone in Las Vegas!!! I would give them 100 stars if there was that option available. Nobody is better than Rooter Ranger in Vegas! Thank you, guys, you are absolutely the VERY BEST!!!

Dan & Dave came out, gave a bid on adding plumbing to the upstairs of our facility and we canceled all others
The following day they showed up on time, all parts in hand and off to work their magic they went; they finished the same day everything completed and our facility cleaner than when they came

His work was very professional and thorough. He cleaned up the work area after his work was done. Compared with the several sewer maintenance companies I used before, This is the best plumber ever. I highly recommend the company to anyone who is in need of sewer cleaning.

This company is the one that my warranty company sent out. I have been waiting almost three weeks for a part, with no follow-up or follow through. I get the same old run around story each time. I am so disappointed with the service. What is going on with your company its obvious you don't care about your customers and the word of mouth they will give about your service. Ridiculous!!!!

This plumbing company gives bad service, I don't recommend this company to come out , they were sent out to fix 2 areas yes they fixed our plumbing in the shower but the father father & son did not try to attemp to fix the kitchen faucet, all jerry and his son do is look at it 30 seconds and determined that they will send a request to have it replaced, if they have tried I would have been happy because it does look like it's fixable, but he immediately determined that it should be replaced. Of course our home warranty declined, what I'm upset about is jerry & his son
should have tried, but they did not and we have them on camera that proves it only took them 30 seconds.
they were out here on a Friday and yes they submitted the status and I know it would have been on a Monday that it's actually sent to the company, days have gone by and it's now Thursday I contacted our warranty to get the answer, why did not Catania & Son didn't contact me immediately, we would have accepted the fact that we need to replace it on our own.

I will never use their service again, there are much better companies out there.

I called and waited over a month no one ever came found different plumbing company !!!
