Gerson did a fantastic job resolving the leak related to my kitchen faucet. He was friendly and courteous. After completing his job, he took the time to answer my questions on some unrelated issues. He also noted another plumbing issue we had and provided a quote should we choose to proceed to fix it. I would recommend him.

Mike was awesome about listening to my mini panic attack when, while we were in the middle of prepping our house to sell, water and toilet paper gushed out of the overflow in our front yard. He was able to get someone out the same day. Mike and Chavis were quick, professional, and just all around great humans. Their pricing was fair and they did an awesome job. I had Scott come out to fix a problem on my water heater that was causing my heat in the home not to work. He figured out what was wrong instantly and fixed the issues. I now have heat in the home. Thank you Scott

So the service was greatcame fast and fixed the problem but when they left my toilet was leaking a little bit and somehow there was water coming out of the kitchen I fixed it by tightening the toilet connector they tell me it's normal and should stop in 30 mins which I thought was kinda normal since all the water so the guy who came out was awesome he was great nice guy great hard worker then I call and ask the service manager delinda if they would be able to help if something were to happen if it was due to the plumbing job she just kinda laughed at me and started getting angry and was trying to throw blame at me trying to make it my fault I was just asking of it was something on their end then would they be able to clear it up she didn't care she was just trying to make it my fault. When I called the first time she also laughed at my plying problems because I asked for a quote which I thought was very rude like I have enough problems already I'm trying to do business I just wanna know what it's gonna cost me. Well the service was good but they need to hire someone to take calls because she was way too unpleasant 5 stars on the service but 1 on the way they're handling there business.
