Good service for water heater repair in summerlin

This company is great! Got a call from our nephew on Sunday that there was a leak in our water heater and water was running down the drive way. We live out of state so trying to find someone to go to the house on a Sunday is difficult enough, most companies even though they say they are 24/7, didnt want to come out. This company showed up and saved the day. They handled everything over the phone with us, did the repairs timely and connected us with a company to help with the water damage. They are honest and priced fairly, and so helpful with us being long distance. I would definitely use them again!

Was really embarrassed after our upstairs toilet broke one night and we had to go out to a coffee shop in the morning. The next day, this local plumber came by and fixed the problem for me.

I chose Techcool after refusing 4 other companies offered by my home warranty company to fix a couple of plumbing issues in my home. I made the right choice in waiting until I was offered Techcool. They sent out Fernando, an extremely competent and professional young man who was great to deal with as he repaired everything. He kept me updated on the status as things progressed, worked extremely hard on getting some parts and fixtures replaced, and when he left everything was working perfectly. I had a water spigot on the outside of my house basically explode a few months ago

His work was so perfect in fact, that I didn’t have to have the access hole cut into my house or even have to have my house repainted (which the insurance adjuster told me that I would have to have done!

His work was beyond impeccable and I had him back for more work today

He fixed a leak on my water shut off valve and told me to spray a coil from my wall to my water heater with vinegar and brush off residue with a wire brush

He also told me about the importance of unplugging my water heater when the water is turned off to the house ( no other plumber has been this helpful, honest or thorough)

Beyond being a fantastic and diligent plumber he isn’t odd or creepy (which is a huge relief and a bonus)

I will never hire any other plumber than Zach (he has a life long customer)

I called Plumbing Repair Now in Vegas and had my water heater replaced within hours. The plumber was fast and professional. They did a good job of cleaning around the water heater after they were done. The price seemed very reasonable plus it came with a full warranty.

In house plumbing came to my home to take a look at a leak. I told them what the other companies told me about the problem. Angel was really straight forward with everything. I liked the price they gave me to fix the issue , it was almost half the cost of the other companies. Yes plumbing and my warranty company were charging me 5500-7000k to rerun my main water line , angel and his workers came and did an awesome job for 3500. I cant complain. Great honest job.

Hands down the best! Responded right away after my hot water tank went. They were here early and Alex was extremely professional and did a complete walk through of my issues. They even encouraged getting other quotes to install a new tankless water heater and water softener. 3 other companies did not come close!

I used Vegas Valley plumbing a couple of times this year and both times I had a great experience with them. Keith, Josh and Page have been nothing short than amazing to myself and my family and have done everything they can to help us fix a major leak that we had under our slab. The Techs are fine but you need to get your Dispatch people to wake up and do their jobs! A phone call one or two days prior to service is a good idea, but a phone call 30-45 minutes prior to service SUCKS!

Water is a precious commodity in the desert. So is a good, honest plumber. Had Mach 1 Plumbing install a new tankless water heater, water softener and reverse osmosis filter, and we've never been happier. I noticed one of the toilets in my house was slowly moving sideways and when I looked, I noticed the bolt holding it down to the floor was no longer attached. I used Yelp to request quotes for plumbing services. Several responded but only BC Plumbing offered to inspect without a charge. BC Plumbing responded promptly to my request for service. Kurt and Joshua came out to my house at the appointed day and time. They identified the problem and other issues and proposed the repairs to be done. They even took care of the old toilet, so I don’t have to dispose of it myself. I am very pleased with the quality of their service. They are prompt, responsive and professional. I highly recommend BC Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber.
